Auto dialing

A huge value add feature would be to have a donwloadab le memory resident app that automitcally keeps dialing records selected based on critera and recording the reulsts.
Example:
1. Select lead criteria
2. Click dial button
3. Record 1 comes up with a pop up screen asking results of call
4. Results of call recorded.
5. Next call record comes up and auto dieals asking for resujlts.

I can gtell you more if this suggesgtion is unclear but tghis thype of app would be a major help to telelmarketing.

By the way the best online implementation of autodialing and othger great featgures can be found at www.insidesales.com. I tgested it a while ago. Copy much of what tghey have and you'll have a major value add for those that do auto calling. This is a very very robust system that is awesome when it cojmes to calling and following up.
