Auto emails

I have setup an autoemail with the following settings:

When: Execute during a date/time field occurrence
4 Days after Creation Date

Condition: Lead Status is Open, Attempted contact, no show, contacted

Instant Action: Email #1

It does not work though. Does the condition mean that the status must be all of those at the same time? Or does it mean that the lead status must be open or attempted contact or etc?

Can anyone help me? I am trying to create an autoemail based on 4 days after the creation of the Lead.
