Develop a plugin/add-on to extract contact information from email addresses in previous emails and automatically populate/update contact information in contact module or export as CSV.

This is an ideal opportunity for the developer to resell this product.

We are happy to provide free requirements/testing advice/services as necessary but are not in a position to finance or resell.

Outline Requirements

1. For each email in Zoho email module
• extract the from, to & cc email addresses.
• create a new temporary contact field for the source of the contact information,
  e.g. "From" "To" "CC from "
2.      For each email address

• extract the first and lastname using common naming conventions,
  e.g. "firstname lastname" "lastname, firstname" etc
• create a new temporary contact field with the extraction status
  e.g. "OK" = extracted ok "Error" = could not extract all information (e.g. "jbloggs") etc

Update contact information as follows:-

• If a contact with the same first and last name exists but with a different email address then ???
• If the contact isn't found from the first, lastname or email address then create a new contact and populate the extracted/calculate fields above

Provide a facility to export the above information as a CSV.
