auto-fetch gmail setup

For some strange reason i got an email like this.

Subject : Auto Fetch Disabled for your account - xxxxxxxx@gmail.com

This account xxxxxxx@gmail.com had been configured in ZohoMail for fetching mail via POP. A Mail Fetch failure error occured for this account. This could be due to Authentication Failure for your account. Hence auto-fetch for this account has been disabled. Kindly change the Mail Settings and re-enable auto fetch. Thanks.

I proceeded to the Mail settings section and re-entered my gmail password and the Status changed to the green dot.

I have lost the Fetch button now and would like to get it back. I've ALWAYS noticed Zoho a bit slow when retrieving my Gmail POP email. Usually take a couple mins for the emails to show up.

Any ideas?
