We have a scenario whereby we would like to setup an email address such as support@companyname.com in Zoho Mail. Because Zoho does not yet facilitate mutliple email addresses in 1 mail box the person monitoring this mail account also needs to monitor their personal email account, which is not setup in Zoho mail, so I would like to know if it is possible to setup mail forwarding in Zoho Mail so that the person can be alerted via an email client like Outlook, for example, that there is a mail in the zoho support email account that needs to be tended to?
