I would like to prefill a client's form from the CRM IN the CRM. For example, my employee would fill the form for the client, but we already have all the basic infos. 

Can I make it a related link ou a related list and prefill from the contact file?

Or make the formas a web tab and have a CRM field there for seaching. If that's the only solution, I would like to have a CRM field that seaching for full name, not only first or last name.
