We have our Account information set up as follows
Territory Account Owner Account Number Account Name
01 Jim Smith 123456 Acme Manufacturing
In Potentials, Account Name is a lookup field so when I click on the icon a list of all the accounts with all of the above information appears. So I click on "Acme," and the account name fills the Account Name field. Since it is important for our Regional Sales Managers to look at territory numbers or account owners, how would I auto populate custom fields Territory and Account Number and the standard Zoho standard field Potential Owner with the account information? I'm trying to avoid our Reps to enter information multiple times.
