Hi Good day

I have a Loan Product form in Zoho Creator

And it contains more than 10 decision fields. And it's associated with Deals in CRM.

Now I want to get the field names of the selected fields.

And populated into the subform of the associated deal on successful submission of the form.

for each field selected, I want to insert it into subform by row in CRM Deals.

How can I achieved this? Do you have a sample code for this?
