AUTO-RENEWAL FRAUD FROM ZOHO CLASS ACTION

If you have been or think you have been a victim of auto-renewal fraud from Zoho read this. Myself and some other victims are taking this up. If you would like to join us send an email to

I got an email from Zoho saying that my domain will expire on the 21st of July and will be auto-renewed. On the 6th of July my card was debited $26 for the domain. This was three weeks early and unexpected. They never mentioned in the email sent to me when my domain will be auto-renewed and my card charged so I assumed it would be on the 21st of July. Without a clear indication of the date and time that auto-renewal will occur this counts as auto-renewal fraud by law.
After a long back and forth, they claimed that they are just a reseller and they cannot provide a refund which is something that is consistent with a lot of the victims testimonies. If something similar has happened to you please send me an email.
I have attached the email they initially sent to me and the last email that was sent to me. If this looks similar to your case then you have also been a victim.
