Drafts should be auto-saved when doing appraisals.

I just wasted 45 minutes completing an appraisal, and when I went to "Save Draft", the page threw an error that said "Contact Administrator".

I'm the administrator, and I have no idea why the Zoho People connection freaked out and didn't want to save.

I had no choice but to refresh the tab, which led to total data loss. No other tab in my browser was affected.

This was an infuriating waste of time. I haven't had to periodically manually press save to avoid the risk of total data loss in 15 years.
