Auto scroll when using assist in actual size mode

Hello when using Zoho assist in an Android browser to connect to a Windows machine using Assist the following issue occurs making a Assist difficult to use:

1. open Chrome browser (or any browser i tested) on Android.
2. Enter url to assist session:
https://assist.zoho.com/viewer-assist.do?viewer=html&key=[@keyID]
3. Session start I can see desktop OK and control mouse OK.
Settings = Fit To Screen and Better Quality

4. "Fit To Screen" makes some texts especially Outlook difficult to read thus I change the setting to "actual size"

5. The text on the remote desktop is now clear however the screen starts to auto scroll depending on the orientation of the phone it'll either automatically scroll all the way to the left or automatically scroll all the way to the top this makes it impossible to use the mouse this makes it impossible to click anything.

6. In short when setting of actual sizes set it is remote assist is impossible to use.

Please explain how I can get this auto-scrolling to stop I need to be able to read emails and other text on the remote desktop session please see attached screenshot
