We're new to the whole CRM process. I uploaded all of our 8000+ accounts and all of our contacts to Zoho and was able to get them to link within the account screen. So if "Acme Mfg" had 4 contacts, when I click on Acme Mfg., it shows all 4 contact on that screen. So far, so good. 

I've built our leads page and want to be able to have our sales reps select the account number from a drop-down, and have the rest of the account information auto-populate; this way, they would not have to enter the information over and over again and it would also enhance consistency. I can't seem to find a way to do this. 

Alternatively, is there a way to link leads to accounts? So if a new lead for Acme comes in, all they would have to do is link the lead to the account. Again, I can't seem to find a way to do this.
