I am always worried when filling out a form on the web because I can't have a copy for my self as memory.

So I believe others might be uncofortable with a form as well.

In my opinion, it would be great having the option to let the customer to receive a copy of our web-forms:

- at the end of the form checking a box say "do you want to send a copy to your email box?", or

- a specific field to be used in the auto-respond email to embed (or paste) the form filled out by the customer at the bottom of our reply " ....thanks for contacting ... we receive this request ..."
