Auto sending emails to customers
I'd like to be able auto-send notification emails to our customers when a record is edited.
In instance one, I've created an "Order Status" box in Sales Order, as well as a "Tracking Number" box. I've created a rule that sends an email to the appropriate sales rep, but I'd like to skip that step and have it go direct to the customer as well.
In the second, similar, instance, I'd like to auto-generate an email to the customer when a Sales Order is created, indicating that their order has been received and is in process. Ideally, this would include a table with the items ordered.
Any help is greatly appreciated!
