I need to auto sync Zoho ‘Contact’ with a MailChimp Databases


  • the auto sync is conducted every morning by a 3rd party software (Zapier)

  • the sync is working except for a field that does not populate in the Contact Module

  • the problem is because the Contact Record is not working on Zoho the way I need it to, as Zapier looks to the Contact record not the Accounts module

Problem


The field appears on the Contact Module but the field does not


  • auto populate from the Account Module (like the Account Name field does), and

  • the link to the Member Type field only links to the Account Name field (search lookup)


When I setup this field I thought I used the correct method.  I attach a screenshot below that shows the setup.
