Is there a way to auto-create potentials?

Example:
We sell a car to a client and update our CRM>potentials accordingly.

Automatically a new potential for same client is created in order to sell more to this client. (better stereo, four new winther tyres, an additinal insurance etc...)

I can of course automatically assign tasks, but being able to auto assign potentials seems like a "smart" thing..

Just an idea/ question
