Autofill Creator published form with Dyanmic url params

Autofill Creator published form with Dyanmic url params

I have a published form that I want to embed in my organization's website. The page url that it will be embedded to has the user's account number appended to it.  How can I access this parameter to dynamically fill a field for my form?  I have achieved this in zoho forms, but cannot seem to figure it out in Creator.
