Automate business workflows with the Show-Zapier Integration



Whether you are scheduling a presentation on the results of your marketing campaign or you want to populate your presentation with data from your CRM leads, you need an effective tool for connecting your apps with Show. 

 Introducing Zoho Show's new integration with Zapier

With the Show and Zapier integration, you can transfer data from any app to Show. All you have to do is to set a trigger for the creation of your presentation. That means you can connect two apps without writing a single line of code.

How does the Show-Zapier integration work?

A report may have various metrics, but not all of them will be relevant to your audience. All you have to do is create a presentation with data fields and add it as a template in your org account. With data fields, you can select the specific metrics you wish to present. 

Zapier works on the trigger-action methodology. The trigger launches the "Zap," and the Zap responds with an action. 



Say you are running an email marketing campaign and want to create presentations from your monthly campaign reports. In this instance, the "scheduling the campaign report" is the trigger and "creating a presentation" is the action. All you have to do is create a Zap, map the data, and publish the Zap..

Once you publish a Zap, a new presentation containing the details of your monthly report will be created in Zoho Show.

We currently have three names for one item, all have had a transaction associated so there is no deleting (just deactivating, which doesn't really help. It still appears so people are continuing to use it).
