Through our Zoho One subscription we have both Zoho CRM and Zoho WorkDrive. We have regular backups setup in Zoho CRM. Once the backup is created, we are notified. Since we want to keep these backups for more than 7 days, we manually download them. They are currently over 1 GB per backup cycle. We store these extra backups in a series of dated sub-folders in Zoho WorkDrive. If this could be automated via a small integration, that would be great!
The integration setup would require authorization (of course) and selecting a "parent" folder for the backups in ZWD. Ideally it would also allow us to select a subfolder naming structure. (Each backup consists of 1 or more Data ZIP files and 1 or more Attachments ZIP files). For example, we use YYYY MM DD. Today is July 1st 2022, so I just went into ZWD, into our "Zoho CRM Backups" folder, created a subfolder named 2022 07 01, and uploaded the 3 backup files there.
Once setup, it would take each CRM backup and upload it to ZWD for us. A similar integration could be created for Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.
