Tip of the week #19 - Automate repetitive tasks
Zoho TeamInbox lets you automate certain important and repetitive processes so you can save time and labor.
You can choose from a variety of triggers and conditions that are available.
Some of the processes that you can automate upon meeting certain conditions are
- Assign threads to your teammates upon meeting a certain condition
- Notify your teammates
- Archive/ unarchive a thread
- Delete a thread
- Apply/ remove the tags on a thread
- Add new members to a specific inbox automatically
- Add followers to a thread
- Set the inbox source address as CC in outgoing emails while using other sender addresses
- Create a response template in such a way that a reply is automatically made when certain conditions are met
