Automated Contact Follow-Up

I'm looking to find an automatic way to get e-mail reminders from Zoho to follow up with clients. It would need to be repeating (like every 6 months or so) and keep track of when we last contacted them. And since we have hundreds of contacts, it would be nice to be able to import contacts in and not have to add them one at a time. Can this be done?
