Automated Email Workflow based on no responses
I’m trying to see if/how the following scenario is possible in ZCRM. We manually send an email proposal from the opportunity/deals module. We want to send series of follow up emails workflow if no response. IF we get a response (simple reply back to the email) at any point though, I'd like to automatically stop the workflow. I’m curious how others have set this up. Thanks for your insight!
I am trying to figure out how to automate where if a contact responds to the proposal emailed to them (in the Opportunity/Deals module), it’ll automatically select the “responded to email” checkbox and halt sending the series of follow-up emails. Not sure how to do this without manual intervention. We may have a case where we have the same contact noted on multiple opportunities/deals. If they responded to Opp A but not to Opp B, then I want to continue to send follow up to Opp B only. Thank you for any insight offered!
