Hi 

I want to send an email to a small database of contacts (200), embedding their first and last name in the email (already imported). I would like to track their responses as well, and send the custom, one-off reply. If they don't reply for a week I would like to remind them (or a selection of contacts) to get back to me on this. 

What's the best way to achieve this with the free version of Zoho CRM?
