Good afternoon.
I am looking to create automated logging of calls from our phone system. We are using TelcoSwitch/CallSwitch and I have set up the integration for this already.
Using the phone system I can manually run a test by typing in a phone number - we then get the activity logged against the CRM, however on real calls we get no entries.
I'm wanting it to search against Leads and Customers if possible to assign the activity - can you advise on any potential reasons why this isn't happening at the moment?
