Automated reports

Hi, 2 things, I have set up the report scheduler to send daily but nothing is being sent or arriving. Is there any reason this may not be working?
2ndly when you do a PDF of the report it takes the text right up to the margings making it unprinatble. I guess this is something to do with US vs A4 paper size? anyway it doesn't look any good, is there anyway to fix this?
