Hi,
We sell three different services to our customers.
On our contact records in Zoho CRM we have three custom fields to indicate whether each contact buys that service or not. For example, if Johm Smith only currently buys service no.2 from us then his contact record in Zoho CRM would look like this.
Contact Name : John Smith
Service 1 : No
Service 2 : Yes
Service 3: No
If John decides to buy service number 3 from us then we would set the Service 3 field to Yes in his contact record.
We synchronise our Zoho CRM contacts to Zoho Campaign.
When John buys service number 3 we would like to have the system automatically send John a series of four emails introducing him to the benefits of the new service he has bought, the emails should be sent to John one week apart.
Does anybody know how we can achieve this at all? I initially thought of having a counter field as well to indicate which e-mail John had received, for example Service_3_email=0 means John has not received any email about service 3 yet, Service_3_email=1 means John has received the first email introducing him to Service 3.
I know I can manually make a list of everyone who has bought service 3 and hasnt had any emails about it yet (Service_3=Yes and Service_3_email=0). I can manually send an email to them, update the Service_3_email=1, and move them to a new list, but how do I automate the process so it happens one week apart and sends the emails automatically?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you
Rob
