Automated Series of Emails
We have set up a series of 4 emails that need to be sent at out a pre-determined intervals to individual prospective leads. When my inside sales team makes an initial contact with a prospective customer and that prospective customer is interested in receiving the information, I want the inside sales rep to enter their contact information into the "leads" section of the CRM, click a button the series of emails begin.
How can this be programed?
