Hello,

it would be very helpful and save a lot of time and troubles, if users could predefine a set of tags for matrix candidates. Tags can be very helpful if filled in and save a lot of time if they are filled in correctly and all of them. Consultants are often very resistant, not filling the tags properly (due to time reasons). Especially new employees, until they learn which tags to fill in, have problems with this, many people just do not fill them at all. It makes a mess in the database and it limits a usage of the functionality, which is otherwise great and would save a lot of time when searching for candidates.

The same applies to Job Openings.

Many candidates have over 15 tags reflecting their position, seniority, industry expertize, experience and skills.

It would help the automation of the system very much and save a lot of time of manual checks and corrections.

If we could define a set of the most frequent tasks for a set of matrix positions and then add them with one click, it would be very very helpful and save a lot of time and stress.
