Automated Workflow Emails Do Not Show All Recipients
I have set up several automation rules that email various people when events occur. For example, when a sales order is approved by management, an approval email automatically goes out to accounting, the sales rep, and the warehouse. However, each recipient is emailed separately, so they don't know what parties have received the same emails. This causes redundant emails to be forwarded as people don't know who received the same email.
Am I missing something, or is it impossible to set up recipients as CC's recipients that are shown to all?
