In my former job I had used SugarCRM. And when I sent an email with the following email address in cc :
crm@companyname.com.
I would like to do the same with zoho CRM. When i send an email to a customer or lead, that prensent in the CRM database, if I write
crm@pycogroup.com in CC, it will be join to the proper account.
