Automatic Assigning of Font Colors for Collaboration
I heard that 1 of the Zoho products automatically assigns different font colors for each user, but I don't see that this feature is available in Zoho Writer. I switched from Google Docs for this reason, as it is bothersome for each user to have to determine a color that is significantly different from the next person but also readable, and to remember the exact location of this color in the color pallette each time the user logs in, and to have to change it, and also when multiple users are involved, it gets more difficult for the last users to choose acceptable colors.
I would like to have a feature that I can just turn on which would assign different colors to each user. The appearance of the document would then look something like Track Changes in Microsoft Word. While Google Docs has a feature like Track Changes, it is view-only and thus not useful, so this would be a major improvement over what is currently available.
