Hi There, 

Is there a way to create an automatic action that will create a 6 months review for any attachment added? 

For example - I add a attachment to an account, and in 6 months I get an email to review the attachment. 

I was looking at work flow rules and actions - but work flow rule doesn't have the attachment field.
