Automatic email follow-up workflow
I have an email that is sent to all clients every month to book a meeting. We have a field option that is called "Client" and if it is set to "Yes" then we will mass email them through the Contacts module.
We then 24 hours later review the "Sent Email Status" Report to see who didn't open it. If they didn't open it we then mass email those people with a 24hr email template. We repeat the above steps for 48hrs and 72 hrs.
This is always done at the first of every month. How do I automate it? All the templates are setup and I feel like it should be easy to do but I can't figure it out.
