I just purchased the enterprise version, honestly, the only reason at the moment is because I want to send automatic emails, but I have some issue setting it up, I was hoping you can provide some instructions or guidelines on how to do that. 

I want to send two types of emails:
1. A happy birthday/anniversary - which should be triggered based on the Date of Birth field I have in the "contacts" module, exactly on the birthday date and will go on indefinitely (meaning, the email will be sent every year).

2. A review email (basically asking for reviews for our service), which should be sent 3-4 days after the "end date" of our services (which is manually specified by me in a custom field in the "Potentials" module). This email should be sent only once.

Ideally, it should be sent not only for the direct contact associated with this specific potential, but to all the contacts via the "customer roles" section.
