Automatic emails sent just because a certain date is reached
How can I automatically send emails to leads without editing a record and without changing a status but just because it reached the date that I entered in the workflow. Currenty nothing happens because ZOHO doesn't get a status change on that specific day but if I define a status change the change is made on the same day and not a week later when the email should be sent automatically. So how can I sent 2 or 3 planned emails automatically to leads. After the last email is sent and we received no response the status should be automatically changed but that we ARE able to do, that works.
