Automatic feed for OCBC and DBS does not work
I would like to post this as a warning to all Singapore users thinking of signing up for Zoho Books. STAY AWAY!!!! Go for Xero instead. I've recently signed up for Zoho Books (Paid account) as I was told by their sales rep that it would be able to link up to my OCBC and DBS banks account feeds.
However after signing up, and failing to be able to get the banks to link up I has a online session with their onboarding team and was told that it will not work for OCBC and DBS bank feed and was told to upload the account information manually (obviously not going to do that).
I hope their message goes out to all potential customers of Zoho Books to ensure that you check that the features you are looking for are working prior to signing up with them. Don't blindly trust their sales rep as they are just there to get you to sign up. After that you are transferred to their onboarding team who will tell you a whole different story.
If you are a Singapore company looking to get Zoho books, i'm going to advice you to use Xero instead. The integration is fuss free and is able to link up to all your bank accounts with no issues. Definitely disappointing from Zoho as I was told that it would work and thus decided to go with their service.
