Automatic import from ini file

Hi,
kind a tricky question today. 

Our client send as record via email stored in a text file (.ini). As per today, we open that file, copy and paste in a ocr field and then processed with a workflow to store info in zoho creator fields. 

Is there a more efficient way to automate this process?
