I have added the outlook plug in to my outlook file for CRM

I can higlight an email and click to add it to the Lead record in Zoho but I want all emails that come in or go out to be logged in the coresponding Lead in the CRM..

Is this possible? if not with the Outlook add on is it possible with Zoho mail?

 

All email coming in and going out of this account is tied to an existing lead in ZOHO crm.
