Automatic Reminder in ZOHO Mail Calendar?

Hi,

I know it's possible to manually set reminders for each event, but I would want this to be done automatic for all events in my calendar.
I've read a few threads where this can be found in Settings - but I don't have this as an option here. See the attached image.
For instance I want each event to automatically remind me 2 hours before and 30min before.
