Automatic transcript for sent mails - supervised email

Hi,
I am a customer of Zoho and I'm really glad with the services. I was just wondering is it possible for emails to define one o many addresses for supervision. I mean for example if someone sent any emails from his account someone else (which is defined for system) can automatically receive a copy (transcript) of that email?
I can define this procedure on Outlook but if he access his mail from web mail, it can't be done.
