One key thing we need is if a user adds a note to an account for a different user, the account owner receives an automatic notification that a note has been added, either through an email or a notification on logging in to the CRM.

Eg a rule of:

If Account Owner = xxxx AND Notes is updated by xxxx SEND notification to account owner

This seems a basic functionality but I'm not finding how to do this.  It could be that I am currently using the free version and it is a paid functionality.
