i have several questions on the possibility to automatically assign tasks:

1.Is it possible to stop Sales Manager from moving the potential from one stage (ex. Qualification) to the next one unless he/she fills in certain fields, that we consider required for this stage?

2. Is it possible to automatically assign tasks to a potential when the deal stage changes - for example stage moved to "Proposal" and the system distributes tasks to the sales manager based on the rule that we have written?

3. Can we somehow keep track of the clients activity - for example if certain account hasn't been in touch with us for a certain amount of time (email, phones etc. ) system sees it and automatically assigns a task to the respective manager to make a call.
