Automatically closing tickets by a flow between CRM and Desk

Hello. I've made a flow (using Zoho Flow) between Desk and CRM. If a ticket is created in Desk, the same ticket is created in a custom module named 'Tickets'. Than we try to solve the problem indicated in the ticket and after that we close the ticket. In the module there is a picklist field named 'status', which has the values 'open' and 'closed'. At the moment, if a ticket in CRM is closed, the same ticket in Desk stays 'open'. We should manually close the ticket in Desk. Is it possible to created a flow between CRM and Desk, to close the ticket in Desk if it gets the status 'closed' in CRM?
