Automatically create Event in Bigin

Hi,

Here is the problem/need:

1. New meetings in my Work Calendar do not automatically appear in Bigin CRM as an Event

2. New contacts from these meetings do not get created in Bigin CRM

This is despite the following being completed:

1. Calendar and Contacts have been integrated

2. Full access provided to Bigin to my calendar and contacts - to create, modify and delete entries.

3. Set up Field Mapping.

Some background:

1. We use Google Workspace - all our mails, calendars, other apps are on this platform.

2. New Prospects schedule meetings in our work calendars (on Google Workspace) using our mail ids or Calendly. There are quite a few meetings per day, often from brand new contacts.

I spoke to Zoho Support and they ask me to manually duplicate each and every meeting and contact in a Bigin Calendar which connected to my Work Calendar (on Google Workspace). Manually creating these meeting Events is cumbersome especially since we have quite a few meetings that get scheduled in the team's calendar.

Please help.
