Automatically Enter Leads Into Zoho CRM

Hi there,

I have put together a post in the Mail forum a month ago (https://help.zoho.com/portal/en/community/topic/auto-fill-name-when-entering-crm-lead-from-zoho-mail), but I think it might help to have the CRM team to reply here as well.

In the old mail version, the First name and Last name fields used to auto-fill when adding an email as a lead. However, in the new version I don't know how to do that. I keep having to type every name manually.

Any way to automatically fill names when clicking "View CRM Info" to add a lead?

It's an extremely frustrating part of Zoho CRM. It takes me way too long to enter in my leads and go through them. It's just a waste of time to manually key in the names. The old version also let you change fields and see if that person is already in the CRM system (as lead or contact). It's such a big waste of time and resources.

Please make this a priority. If you have a workaround to get leads from email to CRM in the meantime, please let me know as well.
