Automatically Import Contact information into CRM from a local transactional system?

We are just now getting into using a CRM solution and want to automatically import contacts & sales information from our transactional system (point of sale).  I know I can do a manual import, but is there any way to automate the import using a tool like Zoho Databrige?  The data is stored in a local MYSQL database.
