I have created a custom module with a few different custom fields that I populate through a csv import. I would like to keep track of bookings (travel business) and the custom fields I created are:

Arrival date

Departure date

Name of the guest

Property name (Account)

Name of the property owner (Contact)

Email address

The property name and the name of the owner are both lookup fields. Through these I have created a link between the booking and the contact and account stored in Zoho. 

Unfortunately I don’t have the email address in the csv file. But I need the email address as I would like to send an automatic email to the respective property owner. 

Is there any way to automatically include the email address of the contact? Or in other words, after I do the import, is it possible for Zoho to search for the email address of the contact and automatically include it in my email field in the custom module?
