Please may I ask for your advice.

When someone enquires about our business, a Lead is created either automatically (if they enquire online) or manually (if they enquire by phone) in Zoho CRM.

However, some people have made multiple enquiries, which means multiple Leads with the same contact information and details. 

Is it possible to automatically merge records when a Lead is added (when the email address and/or phone number of the new Lead matches the email or phone no. of a previous Lead in the CRM)?

Even better, is it also possible for an automatic email notification to be sent to the original Lead Owner (a salesperson) who owns the original Lead so they can be made aware that their Lead has enquired again?
