Automatically Populating Account Name in Desk from CRM

Good day,

I have a field in Desk called Account Name which is linked to CRM.  Whenever a contact name is added the account name looks up the account based on that name, if the contact name is empty then the Account Name field displays nothing, however this is a manual process.

Is there any way to have this completed automatically when a ticket is raised? Ideally I would want to look at the contact name and email address of the person who raised the ticket and then based on that look up the Account Name where this contact resides on the CRM?
