Automatically Retrieving Purchase Order Items from Sales
Hi
Is it possible in a PURCHASE ORDER to automatically retrieve any PRODUCT ITEMS that are checked NEED TO ORDER in the SALES ORDER section.
Example have a field in SALES ORDER that says need to Order Yes or No and the Qty to order. If the field is checked yes the Purchase Order looks for any items to be ordered which can be filtered by Supplier
Example When doing a Purchasr order for Supplier A. It searches all the Sales orders which contain products from this Supplier and lists all the items to be ordered.
When the Purchase order is saved it updates all Need to Order fields from Yes to No. Thanks Andrew
